Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Blanket

  Place your Big Blanket in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box and secure the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
